Food Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare food items and meal components according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Work closely with the head chef to ensure that all dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with other culinary staff to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Conduct stocktakes and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Analyze feedback from customers and colleagues to improve food preparation methods.
- Support other areas of the kitchen as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
You will also possess strong leadership skills, be able to maintain quality control, and demonstrate excellent cooking and hospitality skills.
