Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general administrative duties, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Arrange meetings and take accurate records of meeting minutes, facilitating effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • Monitor and collate section projects' status, providing timely updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor section's Operation budget and expenditure (OPEX), ensuring responsible financial stewardship.
  • Coordinate with OEM on all site matters, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Assist senior officers in relevant Authorities compliances, upholding regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site surveys with contractors/consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Supervise building/civil works according to endorsed construction/shop drawings, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with switchgear and transformers section, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and report project schedules, providing timely updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Witness T&C of essential building and firefighting services, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
  • Handover completed buildings to respective building owners, ensuring smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering discipline from a recognized Polytechnic in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with government-related administrative processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a challenging environment.
  • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
