Job Opportunity:

 

**Project Coordinator Role:**

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology-related projects.

 

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and progress updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Support technology implementation, testing, and troubleshooting under the guidance of the Technology Manager.
  • Maintain project management tools (e.g., task trackers, Gantt charts, dashboards) and update status regularly.
  • Gather and analyze basic project data to assist in reporting and decision-making.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and project governance standards.
  • Assist in monitoring project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
  • Support day-to-day technology operations as required (Including infrastructure and IT supports).

 

Required Skills and Qualifications Include:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
