PREFAB TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD requires a detail-oriented and organized Construction Site Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing quotations from mould suppliers for new projects and ensuring timely delivery of moulds.
  • Preparing casting schedules for sub-contractors and ensuring precast components are cast on time for delivery.
  • Coordinating with the project coordinator for the delivery of cast-in items provided by main-contractor.
  • Updating daily production reports on wall charts.
  • Ordering raw materials, including cast-in items, and ensuring timely delivery for production.
  • Submitting weekly/monthly production reports, including project completion percentages and daily production volumes.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Ability to study and plan mould requirements for each project and ensure timely delivery of moulds.
