Patient Care Specialist

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting patients to and from various hospital departments. This critical role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">- Deliver high-quality patient care by ensuring the safe transfer of patients to and from wards, specialist clinics, departments, and external centers.
- Transport medical records, specimens, medications, and other essential items within the hospital environment.
- Maintain compliance with quality service, safety, and health requirements at all times.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, anticipating their needs and providing excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of an 'O' Levels or ITE Cert is required for this position.
- Availability to work day and night shifts is necessary.
- Basic IT knowledge is required to handle e-systems, computers, and smartphones.
- The ability to handle difficult customers is essential.
- Candidates with prior experience will be considered for senior positions.
