About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and define requirements, documenting business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current operations and desired outcomes, translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Work with technical teams to design solutions that align with business goals, evaluating potential banking software, tools, and platforms to recommend suitable options.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Finance) preferred but not always required.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CBAP, or PMP) preferred but not always required.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a related role in Finance, ideally within the finance or banking sector.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, accounting principles, or banking operations is often essential.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and experience with financial analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software).
  • Presentation Skills and Familiarity with Powerpoint.
  • CRM Systems: Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Programming Skills: Knowledge of Python, R, or VBA can be beneficial but is not always mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and generate insights.
  • Ability to interpret financial information and translate to visuals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to create reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management, including scoping, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with Stakeholder Management and Communications.

+120,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
