We are seeking a highly skilled Tug Controller to join our team at SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced marine environment and be responsible for the deployment of tugboats. As a Tug Controller, you will play a crucial role in optimizing deployment gaps, reducing operational costs, and ensuring service levels are maintained.

You will work closely with Technical Superintendents to plan and reduce Tugboat service downtime, perform cold-calls to other tugboat service providers, prepare daily order log sheets, and manage Service logbooks for invoicing purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum O' Level or equivalent certificate
  • Preferably 1 year's experience in Tugboats/Launch scheduling and deployment
  • Knowledge and experience in port agency and management will be advantageous
