Lead Enterprise Sustainability Initiatives

As a member of the team at GovEVA, you will play a vital role in driving India's sustainability movement forward. Our focus is on leading the way in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives rather than simply reacting to trends.

Your primary responsibility will be to scale ESG adoption across India Inc., influencing Chief Executive Officers (CXOs), Board Members, and ESG Leaders to understand the clear business value of sustainability solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager who will contribute to our mission-driven organization and help drive policy impact through enterprise ESG initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scale ESG adoption across India Inc. and influence CXOs, Board Members, and ESG Leaders to understand the business value of sustainability solutions.
  • Drive high-stakes conversations, unlock enterprise deals by addressing ESG pain points, and expand into new sectors where ESG is now a necessity.
  • Excel in competitive evaluations, guide clients toward clarity, and establish yourself as a trusted ESG advisor.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading complex sales processes and driving enterprise deals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives (CxOs and CFOs) and build credibility across leadership teams.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a track record of design-led go-to-market or sales strategies.
