{"Roles & Responsibilities": "Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Merchandiser at MUJI (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for planning and executing merchandise strategies, including launch and promotions, pricing, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for ordering products, creating face control MAPs, and liaising with Japan to ensure timely delivery of stocks.

Additionally, you will be responsible for sales forecasting, budget management, and sales performance analysis reports. You will also execute promotions strategies, seasonal changes, and product launches, and implement corrective measures for slow-moving merchandise.

Furthermore, you will identify and maximize sales of fast-selling items by taking corrective actions on orders and early delivery. You will also work with the Store Operations Team on stock levels, aged merchandise, and identify problems and propose improvement plans.

Finally, you will work with the Visual Merchandising Team on merchandise display, monitor and implement effective inventory control, and reduce cost of stock holding.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum Diploma in Fashion/Merchandising or equivalent, and at least 3 years' working experience in a similar capacity preferably in the Retail Industry.

You will also need to have hands-on experience, coupled with resourcefulness, a strong fashion sense, versatility, and great interpersonal and communication skills.

Additionally, you will need to be meticulous, organized, proactive, mature, and self-motivated, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Finally, you will need to be a good team player, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, and have the ability to speak Japanese (preferred).
