This position is responsible for managing and assisting with daily accounting and finance tasks, including overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, tax submissions, and bank reconciliations. The role emphasizes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations, preparing necessary reports, and supporting forecasting and budgeting activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily accounting and finance duties, such as managing receivables and payables, general ledger updates, tax submissions, and bank reconciliations (on a rotational basis).
- Supervise CAPEX and Fixed Assets management.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and reconciliations, including intercompany transactions.
- Manage monthly journal entries, audit schedules, and lease-related tasks.
- Prepare and deliver assigned reports in a timely manner.
- Conduct quarterly GST reporting (on a rotational basis).
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate policies, and other legal requirements.
**Collaboration and Communication:**
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, government authorities, vendors, and other relevant parties as necessary.
