Job Title: Ticket Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Ticket Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing bookings and slots, ensuring seamless customer service and providing administrative support to guests, members, and corporate members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings and slots effectively to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond to telephone and walk-in enquiries regarding facility reservations
  • Display important notices on the notice board
  • Maintain adherence to ISO quality procedures in club operations
  • Work rotating shifts including early morning, afternoon, and evening schedules

Working Conditions:

  • Rotating shift schedule from 6:30 am to 11 pm
  • Shared cab service provided for late shifts
