Are you a seasoned leader seeking to drive transformational change in data and artificial intelligence? We are looking for an experienced Project Director to oversee the delivery of large-scale initiatives aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project turnaround, stakeholder management, and leadership. With a strong background in data platforms, analytics, and data science, this individual will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large Data & AI initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate data engineering, data science, and platform teams to manage dependencies.
  • Mentor project managers and leads, ensuring clear timelines and strong delivery practices.
  • Engage senior stakeholders with regular updates and quick issue resolution.

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field.
  • 15 plus years in IT with at least 5 years in a Project Director or senior program management role.
  • Proven delivery experience in data platforms, analytics, and data science.
  • Strong track record in project turnaround and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Public sector experience in a SI environment
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Skilled in project financial management and budget control
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
