A seasoned Business Analyst is sought after to spearhead data and AI transformation initiatives within the finance domain. This role requires a strong blend of AI/LLM implementation, data analytics, and business intelligence expertise.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement AI/LLM solutions for financial analysis and automation
• Develop robust BI dashboards using Tableau and modern analytics tools
• Manage and optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows
• Leverage data from enterprise systems including Workday and Adaptive Planning
• Apply prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and model deployment techniques
• Build and maintain custom ETL pipelines, APIs, and automation scripts using Python
• Create advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards for storytelling
• Implement data warehouse design, data modelling, and SQL-based analysis
• Align analytics practices with governance standards and Tableau best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and manage projects
• Document systems, ensure version control (e.g., Git), and drive change management initiatives

Requirements:
• Advanced data analysis and AI/LLM implementation experience
• Proficient in Python (ETL, AI/ML models, APIs, automation) and SQL
• Deep experience with Tableau development, dashboard performance optimization, and governance
• Strong understanding of data architecture and enterprise data pipelines
• Familiarity with Workday and Adaptive Planning systems and integration
• Experienced in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management
• Skilled in financial systems architecture, documentation, and project management
• Strong communicator able to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple technical initiatives simultaneously
• Background in financial services and enterprise-scale data solutions
• Financial data modelling within enterprise planning tools Integration experience between Workday, Adaptive Planning, and other systems
