What you'll be doing:
As an enthusiastic and creative IT and Satellite Communications Field Services engineer, you will be part of our growing team.
You will be a member of our Field Service Management Team that provides exceptional customer service and promotes this idea throughout the organization.
The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and meet customers' expectations.
Your focus will be on providing technical installations to customers, specifically Marine vessels located internationally in ports.
This role requires business travel at least 50% of the time.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical installations to customers
- Work with marine industry's working environment
- Ensure solid knowledge of TCP/IP, Networking, Firewall technologies, and server administration
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering/Networking or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Maritime Satellite communications systems (VSAT, FBB, Fleet Family, Iridium)
- At least 2 years working experience as a Field engineer in the Maritime sector
