Job Description

  • Develop strategic business development plans to seize market opportunities and create a thriving ecosystem.
  • Establish a competitive market positioning strategy to drive success in product adoption.
  • Analyse market trends, formulate actionable plans, and collaborate with clients to innovate and enhance competitiveness in Asian Equity products.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for incubation products, supporting marketing efforts and providing resources for promotional activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in finance, preferably from an Equity Derivatives background.
  • A strong professional network amongst front office professionals and management in equity derivatives in Asia and Europe.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven individuals who can meet ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.
