We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Hillview. As a Sales and Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue growth in the building materials industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to reach new customers and expand our market share.
  • Provide input and support to the Manager in tender submissions, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and work closely with the Manager to foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Develop and maintain an appropriate network of industry contacts and reach out with direct marketing tools to promote our services.
  • Liaise with manufacturers of products to study problems, troubleshoot technical questions, and relay information back to the Manager.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events as required.
  • Accompany the Manager for client meetings as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
  • Relevant work experience in sales and service coordination or a related field.
