Electrical Engineering Service Manager Role

This is a highly specialized position for an Electrical Engineering Service Manager to oversee the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment at various customer sites.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and install semiconductor equipment at client locations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical support before and after sales for service upgrades and issues resolution.
  • Collaborate in the development of training programs for clients on operational procedures and upkeep.
  • Foster strong professional relationships with clients by maintaining open communication and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Coordinate client orders from initial stage to completion ensuring timely fulfillment.

Key Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Able to work effectively in a controlled environment.
  • Visionary with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Experience handling multiple tasks with short deadlines is advantageous.
