As a skilled sculptor, you will have the opportunity to create breathtaking works of art using silicone-based materials. Your role will involve crafting sculptures that inspire, delight, and astonish audiences.

Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing ideas for sculptures, selecting appropriate materials and techniques, and creating detailed and realistic pieces of art.

• Conceptualization: Collaborate with clients or art directors to develop ideas for sculptures, considering themes, styles, and desired visual impact.
• Sculpting: Utilize sculpting techniques to shape, mold, and sculpt silicone into various forms, ranging from intricate details to larger-scale structures.
• Texturing and Detailing: Add texture, fine details, and surface finishes to sculptures to enhance realism, depth, and visual appeal.
• Innovation and Experimentation: Explore new techniques, materials, and processes to push the boundaries of silicone sculpture artistry.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks throughout the sculpting process to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to client specifications and artistic standards.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery and successful execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their sculpting skills and creative vision, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey ideas and translate client visions into tangible sculptures.

• Bachelor/Master of Fine Arts
• Proficiency in silicone sculpting techniques, including molding, casting, and finishing
• Knowledge of relevant tools, materials, and safety protocols
• Demonstrated proficiency in artistic expression, creativity, and visual storytelling
• Strong attention to detail, proportion, and anatomy
• Ability to think outside the box and innovate
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
