This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and associates. The Security Officer/Supervisor is responsible for managing security operations on a daily basis, protecting property, assets, and people.
Key Responsibilities- Manage security operations, including protection of property, assets, and people.
- Respond to incidents, accidents, and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws.
- Maintain accurate records and logs, as required by law and SOPs.
- Identify and report unsafe work procedures or conditions to supervisors.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and follow safe work procedures to prevent injury.
- Complete necessary safety training and certifications.
- Educational background: O Levels School, Diploma or Equivalent in any discipline.
- Licenses: Valid security license, first aider certified.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
