**Job Expectations**

**JOB TITLE: SENIOR SECURITY SUPERVISOR**
- Overseeing and ensuring that security operations run smoothly.
- Providing clients with a secure environment by ensuring that all areas, including entry points, public spaces, and sensitive zones, are well-monitored.
- As a leader, foster a high-performance culture within the Security department.
- Collaborate with Facilities Management to ensure that clients experience a safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with Surveillance Teams to ensure efficient monitoring of the property and proper reporting/follow-up of incidents.
- Stay updated on industry trends, evolving security threats, and changing needs related to security services and technologies.
- Identify and implement ways to improve organizational effectiveness in security measures.
- Ensure optimal utilization of security resources to enhance the safety and security of the property while boosting client confidence.

**Requirements**:

- O-Levels or equivalent.
- At least 15 years’ of relevant experience in Security operations and management.
- Good computer Knowledge
- PWM Rank SSS
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and initiative.
- Good Knowledge in PLRD regulations.
- Able to lead the team and drive results.
