Service Crew Position Openings

We are currently hiring Service Crew to join our team at Suntec City, a new outlet that is scheduled to open soon.

The position is available as both full-time and part-time, with competitive hourly rates for part-timers ranging from SGD $15 – $17 per hour. Full-timers will be offered a salary that is negotiable and competitive within the industry.

  • Location: Suntec City

As a Service Crew member, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment where cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setting are of utmost importance. You will be required to greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude, take orders, handle food & beverage service, ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards, and assist in day-to-day operations.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to customer needs.
    • Take accurate orders and efficiently process transactions.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Assist in maintaining store appearance and ensuring high-quality food presentation.
    • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Positive working attitude and effective communication skills.
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced F&B environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided for those who do not have prior experience.
