Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of robust and futuristic solutions for the Credit Cards & Payment domain.

  • You will create roadmaps for application development that prioritize innovation and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Solution Architecture designs that meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge payment solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven expertise in creating and implementing strategic roadmaps for innovative payment solutions.
  • Familiarity with credit card issuance/management, digital channels interface, encryption, HSM protocols, and ISO8583 messaging standards.
  • Hands-on experience with VISA, MasterCard Card, UPI, and other national card schemes Issuing & Acquiring, Scheme compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs (SOAP, JSON, REST), Web Service Integration, and Back Office integration.
