Plumbing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join our team at K & J Engineering Pte Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing projects from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Involvement in programming, scheduling, and progress tracking of projects
  • Cordination with main contractor, consultant, site supervisor, and sub-contractors on technical matters and progress matters, and preparation of monthly and weekly reports
  • Development, monitoring, and review of equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites
  • Monthly, weekly, and daily project progress reporting activities
  • Monitoring the progress of projects and updating management for any schedule variances
  • Acting as a point of contact and communicating project status to all participants
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by superior

Requirements:
  • Diploma or professional certificate in engineering (mechanical) / construction or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role and managing multiple sites
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in project management
  • BCA BCPPF qualifications are an advantage
  • Knowledge of plumbing/sanitary and gas is an advantage
  • Holder of a licensed plumber/license gas service worker
