Product Design Leader

This role is focused on championing design and user experience to other parts of the business.

  • Develop a deep understanding of product requirements and translate them into visual language.
  • Collaborate daily with global networks of designers and engineers to drive product innovation.
  • Support senior stakeholders in design and product experience reviews, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Negotiate and challenge development, manufacturing, and cost limitations to deliver products that meet established design visions.
  • Create innovative design solutions that balance visuals, user-interaction, performance, manufacturing, and cost.

Proficient in 3D CAD applications, rendering software, and 2D design tools, as well as knowledgeable in continuous CAD surfacing theory and manufacturing processes.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas verbally and visually.

Assertive and diplomatic, with a strong collaborative mindset and willingness to receive constructive criticism.
