Our company is seeking an experienced Optimize Category Performance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies that drive cost savings and manage supply risk.

  • Conduct market and spend analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and identify joint sourcing opportunities.
  • Lead sourcing activities including scope definition, technical evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Work closely with legal and relevant parties to ensure smooth contracting processes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and influence their decisions.
  • Monitor and drive supplier performance through regular business reviews and engagements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in data centres, mechanical and electrical fields or facilities management.
  • Relevant experience in procurement and category management.
  • Technical knowledge in the M&E field.
  • Experience in negotiations and contracting.
  • Able to work independently and have strong communication skills.
