Role Summary:

This part-time Teacher Aide position in a primary school involves collaborating closely with the admin manager and principal/vice principals on a daily basis.

The role entails assisting teachers in creating teaching and learning resources, managing materials, accompanying and supervising students during educational outings, updating noticeboards, preparing certificates and prizes, decorating the school for special events, and performing other assigned tasks.

To be successful in this position, you should possess GCE 'N'/'O' level qualifications or their equivalent, at least one year of experience in a related role, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, good organizational and administrative skills, and excellent English language proficiency.

The contract duration is 11 months, spanning from January to November, with working hours between 7:45 am and 1:45 pm on Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in developing teaching and learning resources
  • Manage and maintain school materials
  • Accompany and supervise students during educational outings
  • Update and maintain school noticeboards
  • Prepare certificates and prizes for school events
  • Decorate the school for special occasions
  • Perform other assigned tasks as required
Requirements:
