Product Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to play a key role in product design and translation of product goals into user experience.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and synthesize user insights to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning, development, and launch of new features and enhancements.
  • Utilize visual design tools (e.g., Figma) and understanding of UX/UI principles to drive product development.
  • Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to derive actionable insights.

The ideal candidate is proficient in visual design tools, has a strong sense of aesthetics, and can translate business needs into product designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, sustainability studies, or environmental economics.
  • Proven experience in conducting market research and synthesizing user insights, preferably with knowledge in carbon accounting and ESG topics.
  • Proficiency in visual design tools and understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
