Quantum Computing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantum Computing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of our quantum computing testbed. The ideal candidate will have expertise in assembling and maintaining complex systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance to junior scientists and engineers.
Main Responsibilities- Testbed Development: Design, assemble, and maintain a cutting-edge quantum computing testbed platform in our state-of-the-art lab.
- Integration: Collaborate with software and hardware teams to integrate control tools into our product stack, ensuring seamless performance and efficiency.
- Product Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative products that leverage the power of quantum computing.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of development work, ensuring easy access to critical information.
- A PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and C++ is highly desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills are essential for success in this role.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills are necessary to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
