Job Description

The Senior Product Sourcing and License Manager is a vital role within the organization, responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and procuring high-quality products while ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. This fast-paced position offers a tremendous opportunity for growth and development in the F&B industry.

This key role requires strong relationship-building skills, procurement expertise, and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement, legal, and regulatory teams to secure necessary product licenses and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Sourcing: Identify and manage supplier relationships to source quality products that meet customer preferences.
  • Pricing and Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries to meet business needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to find innovative products that align with customer preferences.

Process Optimization: Work on improving procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Use data analysis to track and report on sourcing costs and supplier performance.

Licensing and Compliance: Ensure all products meet local and international regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to secure necessary licenses, permits, and certifications.

License Management: Maintain an organized database of all product-related licenses, ensuring timely renewals. Stay up to date on regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum 1 year experience in administration support.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
