Job Opportunity:
Ryde is seeking a seasoned Finance Director to spearhead financial operations and drive strategic finance initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, group consolidation, regulatory reporting, and internal controls. This role requires a hands-on leader who will play a pivotal part in ensuring financial excellence and informing business decisions across departments.

  • Lead and manage day-to-day finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, group reporting, and analysis
  • Support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in developing financial strategies aligned with Ryde's growth objectives
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and group policies
  • Oversee the preparation of consolidated accounts and liaise with external auditors and tax agents
  • Drive financial process improvements, automation, and internal controls
  • Support cross-functional teams with financial insights for commercial and strategic decisions
  • Mentor and lead members of the finance team to build capability and performance
