Our organization is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller/Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain BIM Capabilities
    • Prepare, maintain, and update company-wide BIM execution plans and models.
    • Coordinate the exchange and collaboration of 3D models with consultants and clients.
  • Manage BIM Standards and Protocols
    • Set up, manage, and maintain BIM/Revit family, standards, and protocols.
    • Oversee quality and standards of BIM in the organization.
  • Lead Technological Collaboration
    • Collaborate between project team members.
    • Discover, collect, share, and manage processes, best practices, and techniques for BIM/Revit and other BIM tools.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in architecture or above.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in well-established architectural firms, preferably with exposure to development projects (commercial, hotel, office, residential).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and drafting software.
  • Familiarity with local drafting standards and authority submission requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

The successful candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
