Job Description

As a seasoned analytics professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by providing actionable insights to the Category Management team. Your expertise in leveraging data-driven solutions will be instrumental in identifying opportunities across categories and brands within Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining robust analytical tools and market research platforms
  • Providing commercial knowledge and insights to inform business decisions
  • Leading key projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve category performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a unique combination of strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. You will be expected to:

  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or Finance
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a data-influenced analytics role within the beauty industry or similar retail space
  • Be proficient in SQL and relational database management
  • Have advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Have hands-on experience with various technologies such as SAP, Domo, Tableau, and Retail Pro
  • Possess strong commercial understanding and retail/Ecommerce experience
  • Be able to communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels
