Job Title:

Lead Data Analyst

">Job Description:
  • As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end data projects, from initial consultation and data acquisition to delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions in the digital media landscape.
  • Utilizing your proficiency in SQL and Python, along with your strong statistical understanding, you'll optimize existing analytical processes, implement improvements, and develop measurement learning agendas in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate complex data findings into clear, impactful recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  2. Present these directly to clients and design/executing tests to address key business questions.
  3. Enable clients to address key business challenges and achieve measurable improvements in their digital media performance.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
  2. 4-6 years of relevant experience in data analysis; digital media experience highly valued
  3. Fun and easy to work with, contributing positively to team culture
  4. Non-negotiable proficiency with SQL
  5. Strong working knowledge of Python
  6. Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
  7. Solid understanding of statistical concepts
  8. Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques (preferred)
  9. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with large, complex datasets
  10. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities
  11. Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  12. Self-motivated with strong project management abilities
