Key Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth in the Oil & Gas and Process markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing penetration in both local and global ecosystems, driving high company growth according to our business unit's plan.

Job Description:

  • Primary go-to-market (GTM) and business development role for UCT Fluid Solutions in the field of Oil and Gas industry.
  • Responsible for business development and growth of UCT Fluid Solutions in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a keen understanding of UCT FS product technology, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive environment.
  • Relate them to yield expected growth and customer attrition within the territory mainly by means of expanding companies business reach.
  • Achieve significant growth in Indonesia Process Market - as will be defined by FSS branch Director.
  • Ongoing local account management support.
  • Training customers on products & services.
  • Conducting technology review meetings (TRM) with customers.
  • New products introductions, offering and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain clear understanding of industry drivers, pricing trends, technology market-trends and competitor information in indonesia.
  • Locate and recruit New Customers and Distributors to extend company reach to new Market's ecosystems and opportunities.
  • The Local Business Development Manager will collaborate efficiently and positively with site personnel responsible for managing existing accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assimilate and synthesize market related information from a variety of sources into a cohesive plan.
  • Good English oral and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of people, including senior management.
  • Must be highly flexible to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, present and speak persuasively.
  • Good ability to work with multicultural people in different countries and different cultures.
  • Excellent in managing documentation and paperwork with attentive to details.
