Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive digital transformation initiatives and improve operational efficiency across various functions.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the delivery of internal digital transformation projects from scoping and planning through implementation and rollout
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and identify automation opportunities
  • Document as-is and to-be workflows, ensuring clarity and alignment with system capabilities
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and vendors as needed to ensure successful delivery of internal solutions
  • Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and KPIs; provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Support change management efforts including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation or internal systems
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and process optimization in functions like Finance, Sales, or Service Delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with technical teams and understanding of software delivery lifecycles
  • Strong documentation skills (process maps, SOPs, requirements)
