Job Description

Seeking a talented creative professional with expertise in branding, digital design, and product packaging to drive innovation in visual content creation.

  • Packaging Design & Branding: Develop visually compelling product packaging that aligns with brand identity and market trends.
  • Marketing & Promotional Materials: Create engaging digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, advertisements, and reports.
  • Brand Identity Development: Ensure consistent brand representation across all design projects, including logo usage, typography, color schemes, and visual assets.
  • Conceptualization & Innovation: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize innovative design ideas for new product launches and campaigns.
  • Industry & Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, packaging innovations, and consumer preferences to create cutting-edge visuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Packaging Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, and/or product packaging, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, or wellness industries.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product packaging, branding, and digital marketing materials.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Creative & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conceptualize unique designs, understand consumer psychology, and align visuals with marketing strategies.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision in layout design, typography, and color selection.
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

As a bilingual candidate, proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and suppliers.
