Job Title: Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that showcases our brand's unique personality and resonates with our target audience.

  • Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media platforms
  • Develop and implement a consistent visual branding strategy across all channels
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media accounts
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and maintain brand tone of voice
  • Suggest creative campaigns and strategies to strengthen online presence
  • Track performance metrics and adjust designs and posts to optimize reach
  • Collaborate with the owner to align visuals and messaging with company goals

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of digital and social media work
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Ability to design visually appealing and platform-optimized content
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and digital storytelling
  • Experience managing social media calendars, scheduling tools, and analytics
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
