Job Opportunity:Quantity Surveyor

A challenging role for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage and execute various projects.

  • Key responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, performing accurate measurements, and preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BQ).
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing and understanding tenders, contracts, specifications, and contractual terms.
  • They should be well-versed in analyzing quotations, pricing structures, and rate build-ups for accurate cost estimation.
  • Experience in contract administration, including valuation of progress payments and variation claims in compliance with contract terms, is essential.
  • The successful candidate will oversee tender processes and procurement activities for new projects.
  • They will provide support to other business functions and activities as required.
