Become a Swimming Coach and Enhance Your Career

Swim it Right, a leading swim school in Singapore, seeks to hire a skilled Swim Coach for its September batch. If you're looking for a side hustle or want to complement your main income, this job may be the perfect fit.
No prior experience as a Swim Coach is necessary; we provide training and learning opportunities to help you grow in your role. Students are also welcome to apply.
The ideal candidate should have proficiency in at least two of the four basic strokes (Breaststroke, Backstroke, Freestyle, and Butterfly), love interacting with people, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This part-time job requires flexibility, with less than 10 hours of work per week. You'll work morning shifts from Monday to Friday and only on weekends. As a Swim Coach, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coaching swimming lessons
- Maintaining accurate attendance records and progress updates on our online Coach portal
- Following Swim it Right's teaching methods and lesson plans
- Attending training sessions when required
- Ensuring student safety during lessons
In return, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $30-$80 per hour, allowing you to decide your working hours, days, and locations. You'll enjoy minimal administrative duties, a long-term, permanent job, and benefits like discounted industry upgrades and certification, training and professional development, company equipment, and paid overtime.
