**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Bulk Mail Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Bulk Mail Centre.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Coordinating the acceptance and processing of mail at the centre
  • Ensuring that all mail is processed in accordance with our procedures and regulations
  • Working closely with AOMs to ensure that mailers are sent to the respective operation floors timely and in an orderly manner
  • Managing the balance of daily accounts for the centre and ensuring all cash transactions received are correct in the presence of the cash custodian
  • Ensuring that all docks and docket numbers are accounted for and accurately recorded in NMP

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all mails posted in trays, bags, pallets are weighed and despatched accordingly to the designated operation floors for processing. Additionally, you will be responsible for accepting, checking, and despatching Admail / Home Direct.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To guide and coach teammates as and when required
  • To feedback/escalate to AOMs for any unresolved issues for follow-up action
  • To collect data for statistical purposes for BMC and Mail Processing
  • To attend to all work-related enquiries
