Job Description

As a Customer Test Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the readiness and operational integrity of the Customer Test Environment.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end customer testing experience for migration projects. This includes liaising with internal teams, managing issue logs, and ensuring a seamless and professional testing experience for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate customer test planning activities, including defining test timelines and priorities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the customer testing lifecycle, including issue logging, reporting, and escalation processes.
  • Ensure the test environment is fully operational and aligned with project requirements.
  • Maintain active communication with teams to monitor and confirm the code level and configuration of the testing environment.
  • Manage the issue log, including issue tracking, reporting, and escalation to ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the testing phase, ensuring a high-quality and consistent customer experience.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
