As a Case Manager at BTI Executive Search, your primary duties will include:

- Addressing escalations and following up on outstanding requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records in the system for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Providing operational support in case escalations, policy servicing, and claims processes.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in case management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- A proactive and organized approach with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relevant qualifications such as CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A, and HI would be advantageous.
