Key Responsibilities

As a Case Manager at BTI Executive Search, your primary duties will include:

  2. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective case processing.
  3. Tracking application statuses and communicating updates to relevant parties.
  4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  5. Addressing escalations and following up on outstanding requirements.
  6. Maintaining accurate records in the system for reporting and documentation purposes.
  7. Providing operational support in case escalations, policy servicing, and claims processes.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in case management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • A proactive and organized approach with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A, and HI would be advantageous.
