Project Director for Civil and Infrastructure Initiatives

As a Project Director, you will spearhead the success of our company by overseeing the tendering process for civil and infrastructure projects.

  • Develop detailed cost assessments and prepare technical and commercial proposals to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and other relevant teams to gather information, develop solutions, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of tender documents, assess potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in project clarification meetings, negotiate with clients, and ensure smooth handover of awarded contracts to the project team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure-related project management, tendering, proposals, and contract development
  • Possess Professional Engineering (PE) License
  • Knowledge in project management, tendering, proposal, and contract development
