Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. As a key player on major infrastructure projects, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the transformation of Singapore's infrastructure.


This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about engineering and project management. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects.


As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in site supervision works, coordinating sub-contract works, preparing method statements, and checking drawing discrepancies. You will also manage and ensure timely completion of construction/civils works, plan and prepare programmes, and lead the Civils Team.


You will control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of civils work, carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation. You will ensure timely and smooth progress of works and be responsible for all aspects of site safety.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Project Manager in site supervision works
  • To co-ordinate sub-contract works
  • To manage and ensure timely completion of construction/civils works
  • To plan and prepare programme and lead the Civils Team
  • To control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of civils work

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A recognized Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma
  • 3 - 5 years experience working on Infrastructure projects for a contractor
  • Possess Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course or similar certification
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project skills
  • Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
