At Strides Premier Automotive Services Pte. Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Motor Claims Advisor to join our team. As a Motor Claims Advisor, you will play a crucial role in accurately evaluating vehicle damage, determining repair costs, and providing detailed estimates for insurance claims.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough damage assessments of accident vehicles and prepare repair cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with insurance surveyors to ensure smooth repairs and efficient claim processing.
  • Collaborate with repairers to ensure vehicles are repaired to high standards and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance claims officers to ensure all claims paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Conduct quality control checks on vehicles before releasing them to customers and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure detailed documentation of vehicle condition before and after repairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to vehicle hirers and owners, addressing their feedback and concerns.
  • Manage and coordinate spare parts availability and procurement to ensure efficient repairs.
  • Check the condition of returning vehicles and ensure rectifications are invoiced and/or completed.
  • Ensure workplace safety compliance with our company's safety framework.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry as a Vehicle Damage Assessor/Estimator.
  • Excellent customer-oriented and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office.
  • Experience with Audatex, Merimen, and eBao systems is an advantage.
Qualifications/Certifications:
  • Minimum 'O' level or NTC 2 equivalent.
  • Preferably hold a Class 3 driving license.
