Are you looking for a strategic role that will challenge and reward you? As a Strategic Planning Assistant Manager, you will play a key part in driving our business forward.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assist in preparing documentation, coordinating internal and external audits, and supporting employee training sessions on ISO standards. You will be responsible for analyzing data for KPI tracking and workflow optimization, as well as planning and executing CSR initiatives. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure accurate documentation of strategic planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and coordination of internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Support employee training sessions on ISO standards and monitor compliance metrics to optimize performance.
- Analyze data for KPI tracking and workflow optimization to drive business improvement.
- Plan and execute CSR initiatives to promote sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
- Collaborate with teams to collect data for Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and ESG reporting.
- At least 5 years of experience in ESG/ISO with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices with knowledge of diesel engine systems.
- Certified ISO Lead Auditor or internal quality auditor certification.
