Role Overview:

The role of Experience Brand Ambassador is focused on delivering exceptional brand experiences through live events, exhibitions and activations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event concepts, including logistics, marketing and operations.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Evaluate event success based on attendance, engagement and feedback.

Achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the Events team to plan and deliver successful events that meet business objectives.

Main Objectives:

To achieve the following objectives as an Experience Brand Ambassador:

  • Deliver exceptional brand experiences through live events, exhibitions and activations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Event Deliverables:

  • Event concept development and implementation.
  • Logistics and operations management.
  • Marketing and promotional activities.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers and internal teams.

Performance Metrics:

  • Event attendance and engagement metrics.
  • Feedback and satisfaction ratings from attendees and stakeholders.

Requirements:

What you'll need to succeed in this role:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in events, marketing or related field.
