Job Title: Public Relations Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic professional to be the face of our brand.

This highly interactive role requires strong interpersonal skills, energy, and an authentic passion for engaging with people both inside and outside of the venue.

  • Being the main point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel valued, welcomed, and engaged.
  • Monitoring and improving guest satisfaction metrics through meaningful interactions, feedback collection, and follow-up initiatives.
  • Engaging with guests during events, playing games, and participating in social activities to enhance the overall guest experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in PR, hospitality, events, or guest relations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
  • Comfortable participating in social activities such as playing games and drinking with guests in a professional, responsible manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative, energetic, and confident in representing a brand in public.
