Job Title: Vehicle Operations Supervisor

About the Job:

The Vehicle Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating vehicle operations at our facility. This includes managing a team of drivers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safe and efficient transportation of passengers and cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and support efforts relating to our SafeUp Program
  • Oversee training for all employees in operating procedures and safety requirements
  • Manage working schedules for vehicle operators and rotate personnel between various tasks
  • Allocate vehicles to departments while ensuring availability for required shuttle tasking
  • Evaluate and document employee performance throughout the season
  • Ensure all vehicle operators comply with safe operating practices and road etiquette
  • Operate shuttle service vehicles on varying road surfaces in inclement weather conditions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Good multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Programs
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger and/or air brake endorsement (preferred)
