Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce compelling visual stories that align with Singtel's brand and campaign objectives.
  • Craft compelling copy that complements visual content and enhances storytelling, ensuring it's aligned to our brand voice and campaign messaging.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content using Premiere Pro, design and create motion graphics using After Effects to enhance video content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute creative campaigns.
  • Ensure all visual content supports the overarching campaign strategy and business goals.
  • Work closely with Creative Leads, marketing teams, peers, and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and develop content ideas.
  • Provide clear, concise direction and feedback to internal and external parties involved in content production.
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma holder with 8 to 10 years as a senior creative at an in-house Creative team or advertising agency.
  • Experience in doing graphics work, able to create basic animation.
  • Able to use mobile videography tools.
  • Proficient in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects.
  • Experience in Entertainment or Ads Marketing Creative is a plus.
  • Prior leadership experience is a plus.
  • Up to date with the latest software/hardware for editing and motion graphics.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Proficient in production workflows with the ability to execute ideas into moving visuals flawlessly.
  • Strategic thinker; always curious and creatively-minded in every way.
  • Able to give and receive feedback positively without taking it too personally. See the value of different perspectives.
  • Possess strong writing and presentation skills and be fluent in English.
  • Good team player and able to work well independently or with a team while under pressure.
